The term "curriculum" may seem too formal to use in reference to one year olds. The Creative Curriculum for one year olds however, simply creates a framework for how we:
- learn from and interact with each child & family
- create a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment
- promote health and safety
- plan and evaluate our program
This framework allows us to foster the development of social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language skills in each and every child.
Reading, sensory play, songs and art are a big part of our day.
